Microsurgeon
Pilot a robot probe through arteries, veins, and lymph. Clear the hot spots. Get out before power dies.

Patient 1 is the gentlest case. Higher numbers are sicker, slower work.

How to play
The job
You are a surgeon at the Xenon Medical Center. A robot probe, shrunk to a speck, is injected into your patient. Find every hot spot on the status chart, clear it with the right tool, then leave through an eye, ear, nose, or mouth before the probe runs out of power.
Controls
| Move | WASD or arrow keys |
| Fire | Space, click, or the Fire button |
| Tools | 1 ultrasonic · 2 antibiotic · 3 aspirin |
| Fast speed | F — burns 3× power |
| Extract | E, at an eye, ear, nose, or mouth |
| Pause | P |
| Body map | M |
| Scanner | Z — 4× close-up around the probe |
| Sound | N |
| Help | H |
| Performance | Header button — Auto, Full, or Smooth |
On a phone or tablet you get a thumb stick and FIRE / TOOL / FAST / MAP buttons instead.
The right tool
| Ultrasonic | tumors, cholesterol, gallstones, kidney stones, tar, tapeworms |
| Antibiotic | bacteria |
| Aspirin | viruses — stuns only; viruses cannot be cured |
Power
Everything costs power: moving, firing, and touching anything hostile. The body slowly drains the probe on its own. When power dies, the probe dies with it.
White blood cells
Stay inside the red, purple, and orange vessels. In open tissue, white blood cells treat the probe as an invader and drain it. They cannot be killed — a shot only disperses them for a moment. Get back to a corridor and they lose interest.
Getting out
Hold at an exit for a second or press E. Leaving early is allowed, but the fee — and the patient — reflect how much you left untreated. Two systems going terminal ends the surgery.
About
Microsurgeon is an unofficial web homage to the 1982 Intellivision game of the same name by Imagic — one of the strangest, most quietly ambitious cartridges of its era. You piloted a microscopic robot probe through a scrolling human body: arteries, veins, and lymph ducts rendered as chunky corridors, a heartbeat that grew louder near the heart, white blood cells that hunted you the moment you left the bloodstream, and a status chart that read like a real diagnosis.
This version rebuilds that fantasy from scratch — a hand-drawn body, a scrolling zoomed-in view, per-patient anatomy, and synthesized sound — without copying a single pixel or byte of the original. It is a love letter, not a port.
